Rain Gutters
Has anyone tried rain gutters to keep the rain or overnight dew from dropping in when opening the pilothouse doors, or falling on the windshield. There is a vinyl gutter made for RVs and boats available from RV Gutters which looks interesting. Their web site is www.rvgutters.com .

Rain Gutters
We've installed gutters from Essential Products on IBIS (NP43 #24). It's a sticky-back, off-white marine gutter 44-M01 at $1.95 foot for custom orders. We ordered 10 feet, but ended up short on wrapping the gutter all the way around the front windows and side doors. You'll need some 12 feet of gutter material to cover the windows and doors. The off-white matched our NP43 white nicely and we placed the gutters above the pilothouse sliding doors. The product works well but may need aa small holding screw when rounding tight corners. See http://rvgutters.com/ezemarinegutters.aspx for more information.

I haven't used them but have a buddy with a 40 Eagle who put them on and says they work great.
Only problem he says was be sure to put them on straight cause the adhesive is pretty strong and you more or less get 1 shot at pressing it on.
Clean the fiberglass with acetone to get a good bond.
